Mr. Resnick is a graduate of the American Academy of Funeral Service, and has been a funeral professional since 1955. During his early career, he devoted much of his free time to affiliating with many organizations and served in key positions to assist the membership and the community-at-large. These organizations were vital in providing for the less fortunate at holidays, as well as when needs arose.

He continues to serve the community through his membership in numerous fraternal organizations such as Pythian Lodges, Odd Fellows and his Temple. We are fortunate to have him actively working with us.

A 42-year veteran of the funeral service profession, Harold is President of the Apollo Foundation and Vice President of the Laurelton Welfare Association. He has served as Vice President of two Long Island synagogues. His community service accomplishments also include membership in the Odd Fellows, the Free Sons of Israel, the Masonic Order and others. He is Past Chancellor of three Pythian lodges.

Rabbi Strasberg comes to us after years of experience in helping others as a congregational Rabbi. He assists our families with pastoral counseling and support, as well as actively participates in community events and organizations on behalf of Sinai Chapels. We are pleased to have Rabbi Strasberg as part of our staff, as we are the only funeral home in the area that provides this type of service to our families.
